Psalm 107:20 states that God sent His Word to heal and deliver us from our destructions Therefore, we as believers should use His Word to bring about our healing.
When you pray scripture, personalize God's Word by plugging yourself into the scripture. Examples are provided below. Lastly, trust the Lord and believe that His Word will perform His divine healing in your Life.
I John 5:14-15 tells us that if we pray in accordance with His will, which is His Word and believe that He is hearing us pray His Word, then we will receive answers and results from our prayers. Death and Life are in the power of the tongue. Choose life by speaking God's Word over your life.
Below is an example of how to pray scripture. First the entire chapter of scripture, then the same chapter personalized.
EPHESIANS CHAPTER ONE
THE PLAN OF GOD
High Blessings of Christ
Grace & Peace
--through--
We were the focus of His love
He desired us to be whole & holy
He adopted us into His family
He wants us to celebrate His gifts to us
The Sacrifice of the Messiah--
His blood poured on the alter of the cross
We’re abundantly free of penalties & punishment
Everything is provided for us
We’re included in His plans
He has set it all out before us--
in heaven and on earth
The Power of Christ
God raised Him from the dead
He is set on a throne in deep heaven
He is in charge of running the universe—
galaxies, governments are ALL under His rule
FOREVER
He has the final word
The church is at the center
He rules the church
The church is dominate over the world
The church is Christ’s body—
where Christ speaks & acts
where Christ fills everything with His presence

Sciptural Prayer Personalized
Heavenly Father,
Father,
That You desired me to be whole & holy
and adopted me into Your family.
That You want me to celebrate Your gifts
The Sacrifice of the Messiah--
How His blood was poured on the alter of the cross
I’m abundantly free of penalties & punishment
That everything is provided for me
in heaven and on earth
All of this comes from
In which You raised Him from the dead
FOREVER
and Jesus has the final word
and fills everything with His presence
Praying over whole chapters of scripture like this really fills in the context of complete thought. Some need to read it over and over, some can read it once and then meditate on it, and some focus on one section. Whatever way you want to pray, do as your heart moves.
